Damaged arrivals or Refunds

If your product arrived damaged, please email us at perfectscents948@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged product and we will provide either a full refund or ship out a replacement at no cost to you.

If you are unhappy with the scent you received or if it is not to your liking, please let us know at perfecetscents948@gmail.com and we will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied.
